Personal Order Art is a one-of-a-kind original painted for each individual. So that you can welcome your piece with peace of mind, here is some information about how the artwork may be used.
What you receive
The original itself, and ownership of it. You are free to hang it at home, in any room, or at your workplace. You are also free to take it with you when you move or pass it on to someone dear to you. You are welcome to introduce it on your personal social media as a piece you have welcomed into your life.
Rights that stay with the artist (copyright)
The copyright of the artwork belongs to Mermaid nao. For this reason, please consult me in advance about the following uses:
- Reproduction on posters, postcards, goods, printed materials, and so on
- Cropping, editing, changing colors, and so on
- Commercial use, such as in advertising, products, shops, books, or paid content
If you would like to use the artwork commercially
Depending on the scope, period, and media of use, I will offer a separate license agreement (for an additional fee). Please feel free to get in touch via Contact.
If you ever part with the artwork
If you ever part with this piece in the future, I would be happy if you could let me know (it is entirely up to you). I would simply like to be able to quietly follow where the work goes.
For companies and businesses
I also accept commissions intended for a wide range of uses, such as display inside the company, PR, and merchandise. I will make an individual proposal that includes the scope of use, so please contact me through the contact form.
