After experiencing depression and an eating disorder, I moved to Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture.There I encountered the shockingly delicious red bean bread (anpan) and "sata andagi" (Okinawan doughnut).Later, I developed the ultimate sataa andagi using ingredients from my home prefecture of Yamagata.I also draw colorful pictures under the theme of "Returning to Myself / Pictures that raise your body temperature when you see them and make your heart flutter.I am working to express my gratitude to Okinawa and Yamagata Prefectures and to all those who have been fortunate enough to be a part of my work.
